E Series Axial Flow Pump

ZWQE type semi-suspended overhung installation: the pump is installed without foundation, the pump weight is supported by the pipeline, used for  axial pumps with a diameter 700mm or bigger.
A suspension support could be added under the pump if needed. Transmission mode is belt drive or universal joint drive. The pipeline connected with the pump dosen’t need expansion joint, which can save cost.

1.Introduction of ZW Axial Flow Evaporation Circulation Pump

ZW series axial flow pumps include ZWX, ZWXII and ZWQE、ZWQF models are wildly used in the evaopration crystallization plants and their design standards are based on GB/T 13008-2013.

ZW type axial flow evaporation circulation pump is widely used in large flow, low head occasions, as a transport or forced circulation pump, such as MVR water treatment、multi effect evaporator plant、 vacuum production of salt、 alumina、glauber、 alkali、sugar、 desalination and other fields.

This series pump has 8 patented technologies, φ1000~1800mm large is awarded as a provincial scientific and technological achievement and China Machinery Industry Science and Technology Progress Award, it has been applied in a large number of engineering projects at home and abroad, capturing over 90% of the domestic market.

Main Features:

Structure Features:

High-strength shaft after special heat treatment, flexible choice of integral shaft or butt weld shaft, advanced cantilever ratio design, stable and reliable.

Adjusted short joint of the welded structure, no defects. Adjustable lugs to ensure efficient pump operation. After precision machining, the gap is even for reliable operating.

Suction flange is horizontal, discharge flange is vertical,   flange can bear more pipe load. According to client’s requirments, flange standard can be GB, HG, DIN, ANSI.

The bearings are installed inside the main bearing box and integrated with the bearing seat. The bearings are lubricated with grease. The combination of tapered roller bearings and cylindrical roller bearings ensures the service life of the bearings.

Shaft seal can be packing seal and mechanical seal.

Seal of pump and auxiliary flush plan will be in accor- dance  with API682 to ensure safe and reliable seal in different work condition.
