On October 15, 2024, Sichuan Zigong Industrial Pump φ1700mm chemical axial flow pump promotion meeting was successfully held, the DN1700mm axial pump was specially designed and developed for large flow, low head applications including multi-effect evaporators, falling film evaporators and MVR in the chlor alkali, lithium, wastewater treatment industries.
More than 30 representatives and clients from China Chengda Engineering Co., LTD., China Salt Engineering Research Institute, Zigong Light Industry Design and Research Institute, Sichuan Xiqin Salt Chemical Technology Co., LTD., Chongqing Sote Salt Chemical Co., LTD., Jiangsu Maiand Energy-saving Evaporation Equipment Co., LTD., etc attended the DN1700mm elbow pump promotion meeting.
At 9:00 am on October 15, in Zigong Hilton Garden Hotel, our company carried out ZW1700mm chemical axial flow pump technology promotion meeting. Xu Mingjian, general manager of the company, presided over the meeting and expressed a warm welcome to the representatives of the company’s units, and Fu Yonggao, chairman of the company, gave a welcome speech and introduced the company’s chemical axial flow pump research and development history and development.
Subsequently, the company’s chief engineer Shang Yong introduced ZW1700mm chemical axial flow pump products, including four aspects of the product-related parameters and data simulation analysis results, from the product development background, research and development process, quality assurance, operation test.
The new product has a large caliber, high reliability, and strong impact resistance, and can be applied to the project of salt and alkali-making systems, especially for multi-effect evaporators, with an annual output of one million tons.
After the meeting, all the representatives and clients went to the company workshop to visit the product production site, an in-depth understanding of the company’s production process, product characteristics, and development history.
Then, everybody went to the test center to visit the ZW1700mm chemical axial flow pump performance test and further communicated the structure and performance of the product.
At the test site, all the representatives and clients witnessed the success of the ZW1700 chemical axial flow pump test, with the performance indicators exceeding the design requirements.
