  • It can be applied to implement forced circulation and other working conditions, with a wide range of specification parameters that can meet the current production capacity needs of domestic and foreign users.
  • Its structure is compact;Vertical installation, with a small footprint and multiple installation methods,suitable for devices of different sizes.

The impeller adopts a variable circulation and adjustable structure.With the help of fluid analysis software Ansys, the hydraulic model has been optimized, expanding the range of efficient zones and better adapting to fluctuations in process system loads,which is beneficial for energy conservation and production increase of the system.

With its smooth low speed, safe and reliable operation, more than 95% of domestic caustic soda enterprises use this type of reactor agitator for the process of salt precipitation, cold precipitation, carbonization tower flushing processes.

The reactor agitator shaft transmission has reliable strength and high corrosion resistance, which can meet the requirements of different working conditions.

The support frame adopts a composite welding process, which reduces manufacturing and procurement costs while ensuring structural strength.

The flange can withstand large nozzle loads. Flanges can be qualitatively designed according to customer requirements.

The bearings are installed inside the main bearing box and integrated with the bearing seat.The bearings are lubricated with grease. The combination of tapered roller bearings and cylindrical roller bearings ensures the service life of the bearings.

Shaft seal can be packing seal and mechanical seal.

Seal of pump and auxiliary flush plan will be in accor dance  with API682 to ensure safe and reliable seal in different work condition.
