- The shaft adopts advanced integral shaft or butt welded shaft.

- The suction port of the salt precipitation and cold precipitation pump is in the shape of a bell mouth, which can significantly reduce the inlet flow rate of the suction port and has good suction performance.
- Suction flange is horizontal, discharge flange is vertical, flange standard can be GB, HG, DIN, ANSI. to meet client’s requirments.
- The bearings are installed inside the main bearing box and are lubricated with grease.
- The combination of tapered roller bearings and cylindrical roller bearings ensures a long service lifespan .
- Shaft seal can be packing seal and mechanical seal.
- Seal of pump and auxiliary flush plan will be in accordance with API682 to ensure safe and reliable seal in different work conditions.
A.Cartrige Mechnical Seal
- Washing medium shall be clean low temperature solution;
- Washing pressure shall be higher than the pump outlet pressure by 0 . 3 – 0 .4Mpa .
- Flow rate: 3 – 5 m3/h.
B.Packing Seal
1.packing; 2.sleeve; 3.packing cover; 4.nuts; 5.shaft.
- Packing sealing can be selected when the medium is clean harmless medium with temperature less than 80 ℃ .
- The packing seal has inner and outer layer seals; when replacing the packing, just replate the out layer seal, no need to drain the circulating medium, making the replacement quick and convenient.
