After the project is put into use, the production capacity will be increased by more than 400 sets per month, and the annual output value can increase by 150 million yuan.
This year, the company is expected to invest 7.8 million yuan to improve the quality and efficiency of the manufacturing system intelligent technology transformation. “Our pump testing center has the strongest testing capacity in the western region at present, and has now begun to carry out intelligent transformation, which will improve test accuracy, data transmission stability, and test efficiency by 2 to 3 times, and strive to be put into use by the end of the year.” Xu Mingjian said.
“Continue to enrich product types, such as the development of multi phase pump oil and gas, to solve the transportation difficulty of 20% to 30% gas in some chemical liquids like crude oil.”Shang Yong said to the reporter.
Data shows that in the past three years, the company’s order volume increased by 25%, and sales revenue increased by 30%. At present, on the basis of the main market of salt and alkali basic chemical equipment, the company will continue to expand the market of industrial wastewater treatment, lithium new energy and other markets.
