It can be applied to increase system pressure and liquid level, or implement forced circulation and other functions. Its specification parameters cover a wide range and can meet the current production capacity needs of domestic and foreign users.
The impeller adopts a variable circulation and adjustable structure. With the help of fluid analysis software Ansys, the hydraulic model has been optimized, expanding the range of efficient zones and better adapting to fluctuations in process system loads, which is beneficial for energy conservation and production increase of the system.
The pump shaft adopts optimized heat treatment shaft technology, which is mature and reliable, and can simultaneously meet the requirements of transmission strength and corrosion resistance; On the premise of ensuring the reliability of the pump shaft, product procurement costs can be saved.
Large radius pump body improves pump flow performance and ensures hydraulic efficiency.
Suction flange is horizontal, discharge flange is vertical, flange can bear more pipe load. According to client’s requirments, flange standard can be GB, HG, DIN, ANSI.
The bearings are installed inside the main bearing box and integrated with the bearing seat. The bearings are lubricated with grease. The combination of tapered roller bearings and cylindrical roller bearings ensures the service life of the bearings.
Shaft seal can be packing seal and mechanical seal.
Seal of pump and auxiliary flush plan will be in accor- dance with API682 to ensure safe and reliable seal in different work condition.
