The multi-phase pump has simple structure, convenient maintenance, good anti-cavitation ability, and allows certain solid particles. And it has the advantages of compact structure, light volume, large flow rate and good sand resistance, so it is more suitable for transporting gas-liquid two-phase flow, so it is widely used.
Composed of multiple impeller stages in series, each with its own import and outlet, it can provide a higher presure lift.
The spiral blade can transport multiphase motion with higher gas content, has better anti-cavitation ability and is not sensitive to particles.
The two-point support effectively fixed the installation position of the mixed transport pump, making the operation of the pump more stable.
Suction flange is horizontal, discharge flange is vertical, flange can bear more pipe load. According to client’s requirments, flange standard can be GB, HG, DIN, ANSI.
Both ends of the bearings are lubricated with grease, sealed by bearing isolator, easy to seal and maintain, can reduce the volume of the pump.
Pressure chamber end seal and suction chamber seal can effectively control the leakage of conveying medium and prevent environmental pollution.
